Ride our 6-seater golf cart to a variety of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops, and enjoy eating and shopping at the Grand Boulevard. The complimentary tram will pick you up at the Pine Ridge tram stop and take you directly to the beach boardwalk or the Baytowne Wharf entrance. Our villa is convenient for all that the resort has to offer!

The master bedroom suite offers a comfy king bed with luxurious linens, generous closet space, smart tv, and access to the rear balcony with the golf course view. The ensuite master bathroom features a large separate shower, a deep soaking tub, a water closet, and double vanities.

The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a closet, smart tv, and access to a private bathroom and small patio.

The third bedroom features a king bed, closet, smart tv, and hall bathroom with access to the rear balcony with the golf course view.

The following fees apply to this rental in addition to the nightly rental rate: 1) $275 Cleaning, 2) $75 Reservation Fee, 3) $85 Damage waiver, 4) 12.0% tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days before the arrival date, you will receive a refund of the amount paid less a $285 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, the amount paid will not be refunded, unless Travel Insurance has been purchased.
